I love this bag! It’s great quality, packaged well and oddly enough, smelled really good. The care instructions are clear and easy to follow and the hardware is removable for when it’s time to wash. I had an issue (that was outside of the seller’s control) with a USPS delay, but she was very attentive and resolution oriented when I reached out to her for updates. Will definitely be shopping with her again and can’t wait to wear this bag on valentine’s day and after. 🖤❤️
